This service provides 4 services in a one hour session. You get Infrared sauna, red light, negative ion therapy and P.E.M.F therapy. The wave-mat is made with 40 pounds of crystals, Amethyst, Jade, Obsidian and tourmaline. These specific crystals when heated to specific temps create these wonderful natural therapies. So many benefits all in one session.
